Counselling Approach
Tracy views all thoughts, beliefs, emotions and behaviours as forms of energy in motion. When wounds from our past are triggered in the present, these energies become "blocked" and can come out "sideways" - in reactivity, defence, attack/blame, guilt/shame, and suspicions of self and others.
Tracy's counselling approach facilitates an EXPANDED AWARENESS OF SELF IN THE PRESENT MOMENT to aid her clients in transforming blocked energy into creative life force. As clients become more conscious of habits and fear-based behaviours that no longer serve them, they are able to reframe the past, for a clearer, loving picture of the present and a more harmonious, passionate and purposeful future.
Her approach is dynamic, holistic and experiential. She incorporates a variety of counselling and coaching methods, some of which include: Mindfulness, Body-Centred Therapy, Family Systems, The Work (of Byron Katie), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, Emotional Freedom Technique, EMDR, Neuroscience, and Transpersonal Psychology.
ALL aspects of self - mind, body, spirit and emotion - are valued in the counselling process, with a recognition that each of these four aspects are interrelated and impact upon our sense of true harmony and well-being. Client and therapist are co-creators in the healing journey and the client's ability to draw upon their inner resources and wisdom is central to finding their way back “home”.
Underlying Tracy's approach is an alignment with the universal principles outlined in the text "A Course In Miracles": primarily that we act out of fear or out of love, and that all behaviour is either an extension of Love or a call for it.

"Living In The Moment" (Jason Mraz)
If this life is one act
Why do we lay all these traps?
We put them right in our path
When we just wanna be free
I will not waste my days
Making up all kinds of ways
To worry about all the things
That will not happen to me
So I just let go of what I know I don't know
And I know I'll only do this by
Living in the moment
Living our life
Easy and breezy
With peace in my mind
With peace in my heart
Peace in my soul
Wherever I'm going, I'm already home
Living in the moment
I'm letting myself off the hook for things I've done
I let my past go past
And now I'm having more fun
I'm letting go of the thoughts
That do not make me strong
And I believe this way can be the same for everyone
And if I fall asleep
I know you'll be the one who'll always remind me
To live in the moment
To live my life
Easy and breezy
With peace in my mind
With peace in my heart
Got peace in my soul
Wherever I'm going, I'm already home
I can't walk through life facing backwards
I have tried
I tried more than once to just make sure
And I was denied the future I'd been searching for
But I spun around and hurt no more
By living in the moment
Living my life
Easy and breezy
With peace in my mind
With peace in my heart
Got peace in my soul
Wherever I'm going, I'm already home
I'm living in the moment
I'm living my life
Just taking it easy
With peace in my mind
Got peace in my heart
Got peace in my soul
Oh, wherever I'm going, I'm already home
I'm living in the moment
I'm living my life
Oh, easy and breezy
With peace in my mind

Client Testimonials
I saw Tracy as a counsellor and recommended her to my sister who was going through her own stuff. Tracy was very helpful to me, and together we looked at things I found difficult to look at on my own. She is very wise, patient and loving and created a safety which prompted shifts within myself. I totally trust her and would highly recommend her to others seeking support with their issues. WENDY
Tracy brings a focused and objective attention to her work. Her compassion and sensitivity are balanced by a non-judgemental respect for the experience, capacity and intent of those she works with. She is very alert to the opportunities clients present with to reveal and expand that which is wise and healing within themselves. I am grateful to have benefited from her counsel. ANDY

She has shown nothing but passion and dedication for what she does and I would recommend her to anyone who needs to improve their life situation. KATHY
